Anna Segatti is a Chicagoland native with an affinity for travel. Upon graduating college, Anna was ready to travel the world using her degree. To this date, she has currently performed in 21 states and has plans for more. In her time in-between contracts, she enjoys visiting her family and dogs in Chicago, and auditioning in NYC.
Anna is a graduate from Ball State University (Magna Cum Laude) with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. Favorite experiences from BSU include working on The Circus in Winter in multiple stage readings and the world premiere as Irene, for which she received an Irene Ryan nomination for the KC/ACTF College Theatre Festival. It was at Ball State where Anna discovered her immense passion and love for the development of new musicals. She spent her final semester at BSU working on an Immersive Learning Project through the Virginia Ball Center to write, develop, and perform in a brand new musical: The Liar's Bench re-titled If You Don't Outdie Me. This love of new musicals has translated to her performing in 5 different new musicals... so far!
Anna has a passion for finding new adventures and beauty in all forms. This past year (2016) has kept Anna busy with starring as the female lead (Julia) in another world premiere musical called Devil & The Whitechapel, moving to NYC, performing in 3 separate cabarets (in NYC), performing in a sketch comedy show (in NYC), auditioning, and performing in her very first national tour (NTC's production of A Christmas Carol) as Mrs. Cratchit. She is currently hard at work to make 2017 the most exciting year yet!
